Town Center | Charming Folks

One of the nine backgrounds created for the visual novel game 'Charming Folks' by The Fools Guild. Check the page here: https://thefoolsguild.com/. This piece features the center of the magical town SpellSpring. A couple key features include the fish-eyed perspective, meant to mimic a magical or storybook like scene, as well as the fountain in the center, and the vibrant and brightly saturated colors. This piece was difficult due to the color grading, but the final piece was well-received. Based largely on Dutch and German architecture.
